Terms and Conditions of Tours

‧Participation Application

When signing the prescribed registration form, participants agree to follow all existing regulations and any future modifications thereto.
Each tour requires a minimum number of participants unless otherwise notes. Please note the details given at the bottom of each program description.
Once signed and confirmed by the organizer, the contract will be established and come into effect.

‧Terms of Payment

Full payment should accompany the order form.
Payment should be made by CREDIT CARD for advance orders; on-site registration should be paid for in CASH (NTD) only.
A full refund will be made if the tour has been cancelled or postponed due to natural disaster, circumstances beyond our control, or the number of participants not reaching the minimum requirement.

‧General Regulations

The organizer reserves the right to reject or postpone any registration due to circumstances such as tours being fully reserved.
The organizer shall be entitled to change or modify the contents of any tour by giving prior notice in writing at least two weeks before the proposed date of the tour.

‧Cancellation

A participant who wishes to withdraw from any of the registered tours shall give notice in writing to the organizer, which shall not be effective unless written confirmation from the organizer is received.
A cancellation fee will be charged as below:
i. Cancellation after October 15, 2008, shall be charged 100% of the registration fee;
ii. No refund will be made for on-site cancellation or changes in the itinerary on or after the departure date.

‧For on-site registration and travel assistance

The Travel Information Service Center is located at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall, and provides travel information for foreign business people and assistance in tour planning and registration for major international trade shows.
