Founded in 1990, Unimicron is a world-leading PCB and IC Carrier fabricator with USD 1.1 billion sales in 2006. Unimicron has seven facilities in Taiwan including three HDI plants, three IC Carrier plants and an IC burn-in and testing facility. In China, there are four production sites with two in Shenzhen and two in Kunshan.
